These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Borons Lab ("Borons Lab," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of JustDM, including our website at justdm.xyz and related apps and services (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use JustDM.
1. The Service
JustDM helps Instagram Business and Creator accounts send automated direct messages when someone comments with a keyword or trigger you configure. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product. We may offer free tiers, paid plans, and beta or early access features.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use JustDM. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Instagram and Meta
JustDM relies on Meta's official Instagram APIs. You must have a public Business or Creator Instagram account and comply with Instagram's and Meta's terms, policies, and community guidelines. We do not control Instagram. Platform changes, rate limits, outages, or account actions by Meta may affect JustDM. You remain solely responsible for your Instagram account and the content of messages and links you configure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use JustDM to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Spam, harass, deceive, or send misleading messages
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or Meta APIs
- Circumvent rate limits, security, or billing features
- Promote illegal products, scams, or content prohibited by Meta
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Service.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellations
Pricing and plan limits are shown on our website and may change. Free tiers may include lifetime or usage caps. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (for example, Razorpay), including UPI Autopay where available.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel according to the cancellation options we provide in the product or through your payment method. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
JustDM, including its software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Borons Lab or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business or creator use in line with these Terms. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BORONS LAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that JustDM will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated messages will always deliver or produce a particular business result.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BORONS LAB AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (₹1,000) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Borons Lab from claims arising out of your use of JustDM, your content, your Instagram activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using JustDM at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by Meta or law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonable.
